Please read before shopping here!!!!!!!!!! When you return items make sure they don’t hand you back counterfeit bills. My little cousin returned a pair of shoes and received a fake 100 bill. Didn’t realize it until he went to deposit it into his account and now footaction doesn’t want any part of it or to rectify the issue. The store rep that gave it back to him is named Erica and is a manager at the store. Sounds like it was done on purpose especially when they are so quick to check the bills when you’re handing them over to pay for your item!!

Greeted me when I walked in the door. The prices was very affordable jus didnt have what I was looking for. I do have to go back soon though to get some boots I seen cheap for the winter.

It is really one of the Footaction stores I have ever been to, their collection and the prices are really great but the service needs to be improved but it is really great in general.

Place is a joke. Workers have no clue what's going on. I went in searching for a set of sneakers my friend had just bought online for $89.99 so I figured they would be a bit more in the store. Walk in and the shoe is $185.99 and on foot action website it says $109.99. So he tells me I can't price match the order, you have to order online and pick up here. I fill out online and pay for them $118.99 total. It says I can pick up today in store, turns out not so true. The workers have no idea how to work the system and simply can't process the last bit on information needed so I can pick up my pair. 30minutes on hold & still nothing.
