Wet Paws Dog Grooming

We decided to go with Wet Paws after reading all the great reviews. We have 2 Mini American Eskimo 10 month old puppies who have double coats and should never be shaved. The owner was well versed in grooming these specific types of dogs so I knew we were in good hands. We loved the text messages during grooming and WOW once we picked up our fur babies, they looked SO beautiful! Even scissor cuts, smelled SO good, fur so SOFT and all the under coat gone! We were so pleased with the end results and will definitely use them again. Thank you for taking great care of our pups!

We have been happy customers of Wet Paws for over a year and just leveled up to incredibly grateful when our dog was sprayed by a skunk. They fit us in immediately, did a fantastic job of removing the skunk oils, and even washed our collar and leash for us. Wet Paws always treats our nervous dog with kindness, and they are friendly and professional. Thank you!

We are so sad to have to find another groomer. After two successful full grooms with one animal, we brought our new 11 month old in. We told the staff prior he was nervous and it was his first time. They had called us an hour into the appointment and confirmed he was nervous and they were going to dry him in a cage because of his anxiety and that it would take longer. We appreciated the call and update. Fast forward 3 hours later, we called them three times to no answer. Keep in mind this was not a full groom but a wash, trim and dry.nnWe started to drive there, worried something happened, when they finally answered the fourth phone call. They told us in another hour he should be all set. We waited and picked up after 5 hours. We were first instructed that he was very nervous so instead of traumatizing him, they decided it was best not to trim him and that maybe the next time they can. This was after they told us to medicate him by a prescription from the vet, and maybe they could handle it. Keep in mind this is a puppy who is kind and probably did cry, however wouldn’t you have said prior to it taking 5 hours of you not being able to actually do the service that we should pick him up? On top of it, the service cost was still $85 dollars for a wash, no trim and no nail trim.nnWe will not be returning. We understand all dogs respond differently, but maybe a company that specializes in that should be able to identify better ways to communicate and find better solutions then “medicate your dog” and “charge you full price.”

Worth the bang for my buck! My pit bull, Bernie, can be a handful, but he is always treated with the best care and compassion. He always comes home smelling great and is so clean. So happy with the patience they show my nervous nelly. He truly loves going there now!

I love this place! They always do a perfect job & my dog always smell his absolute best every time! The prices are incredibly reasonable & the location is very well kept.
