You know that your dog is happy at Spot On when he gets excited the minute you pull into the parking lot! For people who adore their dogs, you can feel rest assured that the Spot On Family will love them (almost) as much as you do! The BEST!

Spot on Veterinary hospital staff is so amazing and truly show that they care about your pets! My dog Cooper needed to be seen as an emergency and they were able to accommodate us and took us on time. Dr. Pickerstein was awesome, he answered all our questions and made us feel at ease and Allie checked in on Cooper the following day to see how he was doing! We are so happy with our new veterinary office!

It was very important to find a great vet for our lovely lab Harley, who is a very special boy, who has been through a lot. We found that vet in Dr Putter, who shows a great deal of care and understanding of Harley. We have peace of mind knowing he is in good hands. The team at Spot On are great and very helpful.

Great place, clean, friendly and accommodating staff. Reason behind the 2-stars, this place is massively overpriced.nnGot charged $13 for one 3mg melatonin pill... i have a bottle of 50 of those in my own bathroom. On that same invoice there was a $17 technician fee which when i asked was because someone had to restrain my dog while he had his nails trimmed. I can only assume means someone had to bear hug him since I had to put the muzzle on myself? Glass half full, they were able to squeeze me into the books within a few hours notice.nnDay Care, misleading information on the website. A half day ($27) is only 3 hours of play time even though the half day session is 5 hours. Is there a reason behind an hour on the front and back end for solo time, probably. Is that communicated, negative.nnGood practice, just be sure to ask many questions.

Appreciate your call Dr. Putter, glad we had a chance to speak.n**********************************************nnUpdate to recent (original) review below:nnWe had one (first) pleasant experience with Spot On Vet/Dr. Putter but unfortunately, that was the extent of it, hence the reason for the updated review. I’ve left a few messages for Dr. Putter since we had our initial home visit appointment with HIM and HE examined my beautiful precious dog, but I have not had a return call back from him since. I would rather not go into detail publicly on this matter on this site, but again, my calls to Dr. Putter have not been returned (despite messages to one of his managers, Sue, over a week ago, and several messages left with his front desk staff over the last 2 weeks) and this is of the utmost importance and needs to be discussed and addressed. What we’ve experienced over the past 2 weeks is highly upsetting and totally unacceptable. Since I haven’t heard back, I have no other method of communication so resorting to leaving this note here, while still allowing Spot On/Dr. Putter an opportunity to call me so we can discuss directly, and hopefully I will not be forced to publicly share details of this extremely sensitive, highly upsetting and unfortunate matter over this site.nn***********************nWhat an amazing group! We recently had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Putter - he was gentle, caring and compassion with my sweet boy, super smart and has an excellent bedside manner. He provided a thorough examination without ever making us feeling rushed. We were bummed when our primary care Dr. left the practice recently (after many years) and were so concerned with finding another wonderful Vet, however Dr. Putter and Dr. Pickerstein have already exceeded our expectations! We feel blessed to have found both of them! I’ve only spoken to Dr. Pickerstein (so far as we are new patients) briefly who returned my call on a Saturday and took time to listen and offer temporary guidance through a very tough time in a very caring manner.
