My experience here is awful every time. They have the worst customer service. Everyone working here just wants to make the patient's life harder than it needs to be.

Received a very inflated bill as a surprise FOUR MONTHS after treatment. This place is full of surprises, none of them good. Very glad to get them out of my life.

I can confirm what others have said— you never see the same person (just whatever medical student is on rotation), they straight up ignore pharmacy refill requests, and it often takes multiple direct phone calls to get even urgent refills. My favorite part: the assurance that I’ll change my mind about not having kids and the “oh that’s so sad” tone of her response.

FAT SHAMING DOCTORnReceptionist was extremely professional and so were the rest of the supporting staff. The problem was the doctor, Ashley Rountree who fat shamed me even though I’m not overweight! I was literally wearing size 4 jeans at my appointment. She told me I was getting close to having a higher BMI and then told me how often I should exercise. All this without ever asking me about my diet or how often I exercise. When I tried to tell her that I do exercise as often as possible, especially since I don’t own a car and then tried reminding her that exercise with chronic Lyme is often difficult or impossible, she interrupted me and told me to, “stop being so defensive.”nI won’t go back there again because my mental health is too important to me.

I wish I could give 0 stars...tried calling 3 times just to set up an appointment and was put on hold for an absurd amount of time each time and nobody ever picked up. I was never even able to talk to a receptionist.
