TD is using Covid19 to lower their costs at the expense of their customers.nWhile most businesses have opened and are working as hard and long as they can, TD has cut their hours so that it is impossible for their customers to come in/use drive through. They truly now have bankers' hours which don't work in today's society. After 20 years I am now looking into another bank.
I've been trying to call the branch for over 30 minutes this morning to ask a simple question about opening a new account but nobody picks up the phone. Your auto attendant picks up and hangs up on you. I guess you don't want my business. I'll go down the street to wells fargo. They answered my call in three rings with a live person.
