Worst bank in the history of banks. CONSTANT mistakes. Crummy rates. Always new employees. Constant confusion. Still trying to solve problem from 2 weeks ago. Don't answer phones many times. Maybe if the manager wasn't eating her Pringle chips in her office (8/28/20), she could answer the phone. Unprofessional. Go to dr Bank in Darien. Art is very helpful, especially during pandemic.
Drita Gjonbalaj, the branch manager, and Erika Medeova-Weigel, Assistant manager, did such a fantastic job for me. They both took a lot of time out of their busy days to help me with my kids accounts. Truly great customer service. If we all helped each other this way the world would be a much better place. TD Bank is lucky to have them both. Thanks.
The entire staff are friendly, helpful and really cares about what they are doing and works hard on behalf of the customers they service.
Every time i loose my debit card, they reissue the new one right away & without fees. Also they're open Sundays! It's awesome! I don't know any other bank with such flexibility.nAnd thank you Rene for helping me all the time!
