They were very nice. I saw a shoe on display that had a sale tag on it. Was told that it was for a different shoe but they will honor the price for me. It is refreshing to know thay they will stand by any accidentally done discrepancies and be polite about it at the same time. Thank you. Thay is how you create loyalty.

Went in to look at sneakers for my granddaughter..the sales men were very helpful. Bought her a pair of Nikes
Excellent customer service and lower prices on some of their sneakers.
There was a lack of customer service all around. I drove 60 minutes to this location.nThe team members were on their cellphones the duration of my visit.(10 mins)nI wasn't asked if I needed help after showing interest in 2 full priced shoes.nThe lack of energy & sense of urgency was horrible. I will never spend a penny at the Danbury location.
