The girls at this store are AMAZING, they are super helpful when it comes to helping you find what you need. I was looking for jeans and Lexi reccomended a pair that would fit my body type perfectly!!! These jeans fit me amazingly!! Its amazing to be able to walk into this store and be greeted with such kind, friendly faces! This Torrid location is by far my favorite!!!!
I like Torrid clothes. But I can not stand going to this store location. The employees here are so rude and have the worst customer service skills. I will gladly go to Waterbury or Meriden before I would go back to the store at Danbury. I am so disappointed in the staff here.
Clerk was sensational, smiley, friendly, calm (very pretty, too) yet didn't swarm and hover. Tuesday morning shopping so I was only customer. Happened upon buy one-get one free clearance. 2 pair of ruffly flats, a sequined sweater and pair of black suede low-heeled boots for $50 +tax! Yeay, for bargain shopping! Store was clean, cool vibe and this 59-yr old felt very comfortable there. Clearance prices on most stuff, however, were still pricey considering where clothes are made.
If I could give this company 0 stars I definitely would! I tried to post a review on their website but they send me an email saying it couldn’t be “published” anyways I bought a belt online a few weeks ago and it already has rust all over it! Their clothes are extremely pricey and made so so cheap. Please take your money elsewhere
