The two people that were working the day I came helped me find pants and shoes for my concert and they gave me a discount too. And was very helpful. Thank you so much ❤ufe0f

Went to zumiez with my boyfriend to exchange a T-shirt he had bought a time before, he didn’t have the receipt for it and he explained to the guy who works there (who was actually really nice) that we were there earlier and saw they still had the same T-shirt and he decided to come back to exchange it, he called the manager who has blue hair and she said ok. Next thing we know she looked at us and said OUT LOUD: “hey i am missing one of these T-shirt’s in my inventory, ARE YOU SURE u didn’t take it earlier? because my associate said you were here earlier.” My boyfriend readily said: “no i did not!” and she GRABBED another T-shirt he was holding to buy, from his hand, and handed him the one he brought to the store to exchange and said: “I’m not doing this exchange”.nnHOW can you be a manager, and be so disgustingly rude? She made us feel SO uncomfortable, inappropriately accusing him publicly.nI could tell that the other employees were embarrassed by the managers conduct. Zumiez should not be putting individuals with poor social skills in management positions.nnI will never go back there and I will not ever recommend the store to anyone.

Staff is kind but not the most helpful ...go in knowing what u want and u'll be great
