Just went there 30 min ago, my first time, got a very bad experience from the sales lady, i grab shoe display and asking me what size told her wait a sec and trying to fit the shoe but ended up like yelling on me “ I CAN GET A SHOES FOR U”. But still ended up buying 2 pair of shoes. Corporate need to address the customer service.

Nice little shop great employees and amazing selection

If you go to vans, you probably know what you're going to get. There's a reason why these shoes still exist in basically their original design decades later. They're classics. The staff here is extremely helpful but the store is fairly poorly stocked, and a lot of the time the shoes I want aren't in stock.

First time in Vans of Danbury mall.nGreat selection. Staff are really good. 3 pairs later I'm out.nGreat job

Always a good store to find things for my daughter, got her Harry Potter sneakers- the staff was really friendly - they even laced up my purchase.
