Don’t shop here!! I was looking for a pair of decent brown dress shoes for an event. The little old Asian man sold me a pair no problem. I walked out of the store and went down the hall to Aldo’s and found a much nicer pair of shoes for half the price, so I bought them too. I then walked back into Best Foot Forward about 15 minutes after my original purchase, planning on returning the shoes I bought. The little old Asian man absolutely refused to let me return the shoes, he said that there is a no refund policy that is mentioned on the receipt, and also pointed out to a super tiny “no refunds” sign that was hidden in the back, half covered by the cash register.. He never mentioned the “no refund” policy before I bought the shoes and by the time I saw the sign on the receipt it was too late to return them anyway because the purchase was already made. He can keep the $150.00 I spent in there on his garbage shoes, he has forever lost me as a future customer. Do not shop here!! It’s a scam

Good selection & prices, they carry wide sizes and excellent customer service. Reminded me of the kind of shoe store I went to with my father.

The store owner is racist and followed me around then called security as I was googling info on products I was going to buy. I hope his children grow to resent him #karmaisabitch
