Connecticut Children's Specialty Care Center - Danbury

Ok... they cancelled an appointment due to Doctors availability. No problem. We rescheduled or thought we did. They did not document our appointment. I called and rescheduled the rescheduled visit. That visit did not go smoothly....Now virtual visits are not the same as face to face visits. That being said my phone/computer would not connect to their application. Other applications were not available ie face time, zoom. We ended up with a basic phone call. This technique worked well. The Doctor was spot on! So all and all the outcome was very good!

From check in to check out we were there for almost 2hrs. The staff completely forgot we were in the room waiting while they were on lunch break.

They did what needed to be done but I sat here and waited for over 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. Don’t schedule appointments for certain times that you won’t be able to fulfill.
