I have been a patient with this group for 30+ years and have always been treated well from the front desk to check out. Sadly, just found out that my Doctor of 20+ years is retiring. Plan to stay with the group just need to decide on a new Dr. Very well treated by all the staff. Great organization.

I like the new facility. I think they should provide a wheelchair for some patient s with limited mobility

I will be seeking legal advice. They shouldn't be practicing medicine.nnNeeded a note for a past visit, Had a pain in my abdomen after I went to the gym, went to the doctor, needed a note from the doctor, they told me that I had not had any such problem when speaking to the doctor. He checked me for a hernia, what other reason would he have done that for. Completely incompetent and infuriating. the doctor had even told me to come back if I was still having the problem.nnUpdate: instead of taking responsibility for their incompetence, they sent me a certified letter telling me that I could not be seen by them. That's borderline harassment.nnUpdate: after leaving the reviews, I mysteriously got a bill in the mail FOR A DOCTOR I HAVE NEVER SEEN. I will be seeking legal advice. They shouldn't be practicing medicine.

The first doc was new and inexperienced (Phillips). Her attitude was like a college student trying to prove they know something. To keep a long story short, I wont go into the details of that. I will just say she got to strike 3 rather quickly.nnInstead of taking payments after a visit, I went through the entire checkout process and they did not ask for a payment. Instead they billed me. When I came back in for the next appointment, they refuse to see me for my appointment due to the previous co pay...a whole $25.00.nnGuess how much my insurance is paying them for these visits? Hundreds -thousands if dollars. I gave them my Care Credit Card to clear the balance. The worker was 20 min with the care credit only to find out they don’t take it. She said she asked the doc Brenda Chacon-Moreno if she can still see me without the $25 payment. The very mean front desk person said she said no (I excused her meanness because she was pregnant and probably did not want to be there. She prob never checked with the doc or the doc said know because the desk lady made me so late. Before all of this I heard Dr Moreno was nice. That is why I left the first Dr for her. So the appointment was cancelled. What they did not know was I had every intentions of paying for both co-payments with a debit card after the appointment even though the desk person claimed I would only owe one co payment (another set up for me to be billed). It was the principle of the matter. They cared more about $25 than my health.nnNow let me make it clear, at no time did they say I would not be able to see the Dr. with the $25.00 balance. They have looked up my information at least 4 times Prior to this appointment. They have been on the phone with me twice to confirm the appointment and I the office for a different reason two weeks before this appointment.nnNot one time did they say this balance needs to be paid prior to the next visit or I would have paid it before the day of the appointment. I only use care credit as a backup.nnSo, I wasted my time and gas going there. If I stood them up and not went to the appointment, they would have charged me $100.00. Guess how much they are paying me for standing me up? $0.nnWell, they just lost a patient. I will still pay them their $25 on pay day, but they have just lost thousands of dollars from my insurance company.nI asked the Lord to show me if this was not the right place for me. Well, I guess I got my answer.nnUpdate: Three days later after telling the worker, I was not coming back; I received a notice in the mail as if the Dr. had a problem with me. Funny thing is that Dr. did not even know I had a problem until I posted the above. So was the notice really coming from the Dr. or from that front desk worker. What are they up to, pretending like they kicked me to the curve when I kicked them to the curve? What they should have done was sent an apology letter and than maybe I would remove the post.
