AFC Urgent Care Danbury

This AFC urgent care personnel were very nice and helpful. The test was done the most excellent way. The tester comes to your car and test you there. They are gentle and good. The only thing that keeps me from giving this center 5 stars is the cost for the rapid test. It should not cost hundreds of dollars for people to get tested.

Although they were extremely busy with covid testing they were able to see us for schoolnphysicians and flu shots. The NP was very very nice and thorough and my kids both had great interaction with the third staff. The medical assistant was thorough and also kind. Even the front desk person was efficient and sweet.

Exceptionally a pleasant experience. Was taken care of promptly by very professional staff. Safety measures are in place and that makes the Patients feel comfortable.nI will visit this place again and will tell my friends. I was treated by O'Ccnnor PA who was funny and very friendly and that made the visit very pleasant Even though I was in pain.

My experience was mostly positive. The staff was friendly and efficient. My main issue: there is no designated place for patients to wait outside. I would recommend a sign with clear instructions in English and Spanish and standing markers on pavement so people can keep healthy distance and not block exit/entrance. It appeared many people were there for a Covid test.

I had a pleasant experience at afc urgent care. The staff was very friendly and they were very safe with everyone waiting in their cars. I was only there an hour before they tested me. Now just waiting on my results.
