DOCS URGENT CARE DANBURY / NEW FAIRFIELD

It’s has been 10 days since my husband took his PCR COVID test at this location and he has still not heard back with his results. It is impossible to talk to anyone with information at the location and he’s wasted so much time with Docs medical phone operators trying to reach the office. Very disappointing that they don’t have better systems for communicating with patients at such a crucial time.

my experience in doc urgent care on danbury new fairfield CT; they was very coperative and very well trained assistants especially Paola Zayas was a very pleasant experience I am more than satisfied with the service and the delicacy of this staff did a very good job and was very professional at the time of taking my blood and in the way that I attended very good work I will tell my family and friends about this place to go through this excellent clinic thanks Paola zayas for your kindness and your professionalism and good treatment
