J Lawrence Downtown

The restaurant is super cute and had ample outdoor seating, which was great! I also saw they have heat lamps for chillier days. The staff were also very kind. The presentation of the food was beautiful, but honestly the taste was just average. I got the breakfast bowl, and did not think it had much flavor. The potatoes were pretty bland, as were the eggs. It wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t anything that blew me out of the water. I did love the bottomless brunch though, and wouldn’t mind trying again for dinner.

J Lawrence is my go-to spot for lunch, dinner, and brunch! It is extremely apparent that the owners/back of house genuinely care about the food they serve and make it with passion. The drinks are phenomenal, and I love that the menu changes frequently! I love that they offer different specials throughout the week for both food & drink. The overall atmosphere is great, too! I am always happy to bring my friends and family to J Law :)

One of my favorite downtown spots. A little pricey, but the atmosphere, food and drinks is well worth it. Plus, they have theme nights, such as Martini Thursdays and often have music. Their outdoor area is very nice, I go here probably once a month, and have gone here with friends who are local and visiting.

We really enjoyed ourselves at J. Lawrence Downtown. Service was very good and our server was very pleasant. Good food and beverage menu to choose from. Food was cooked well and served in an appropriate time. We were able to sit and enjoy our dinner without feeling rushed. We ate inside and found the dining area very clean. There also plenty of outdoor seating. Parking is limited. Look forward to coming back

Great food and drinks, friendly and attentive staff, and owners are always happy to see us and show appreciation for our business. Wonderful addition to Bethel that has become a staple for us over the past few years for family dinners and nights out with friends. Covid procedures are strictly adhered to, but it still feels like a nice night out with a comfortable atmosphere.
