Terrible customer service disrespectful bartender and service truly would not recommend this to anyone.
On an order of 10 traditional wings, they shorted us 2 wings.nnThe Boneless wings were pathetic. Legitimately they were the size of popcorn chicken... i don't know how that's acceptable. Zero standards here.nnCompany got rid of HotBBQ which was a great flavor and replaced it with 4 horrible flavors. Who on earth wants pizza flavored wing?
Food and service was delicious. This was my second time here and all was great. Wings are so good and so many flavors to choose.
I never understood why many restaurants made the lighting so dark! This BWW is no different. The staff is willing to change any TV close to where you're seated, which is a huge plus for me. The wings are always great, last time I visited they gave me little cups to sample sauces I hadn't tried. That personalized experience made me want to return. Try the Salt and Vinegar dry rub next time, it'll change your life.
The box looks like somebody's stepped on it and all the wings that we ordered, different flavors all came in one box. I was told that they're saving on boxes because of covid-19 and you need to ask for separate boxes for each flavor. ud83eudd14 They did refund the order.
