Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Mill Plain branch is professional, trust worthy, efficient, friendly...everything a bank should be! Sorry you are closed. Main Street branch not capable of serving higher volume of customers. Eleven customers ahead of me today with one teller. Unacceptable!!!!! Walked out!!!!

I recently visited this center for a loan related transaction. I had an appointment. Ms. Gail greeted and took me to Ms. Debbie. Both of them were very friendly, and tried to help me. Eventually, we went to meet the Cashier to finish the transaction. I guess it was the same lady (short hair, glasses..) mentioned in other reviews. I did not face any problems. She was not being nice or anything, but she did her job fine. Fake, perfunctory smiles are not going to add anything to my experience at the bank, so I did not care much. Also, I did not observe how other customers were treated, so cannot comment on the discrimination. By the way, I had to call Bank of America Customer Service Center a couple of times before going to the banking center - and was on hold for 30 minutes , YES, 30 minutes until someone helped on the phone. At the center, even Ms. Debbie was on the phone for 30 minutes with their Customer Service Center , trying to re-confirm the loan payment amount that should be on the check. I felt very bad for her - BANK OF AMERICA should fix their telephone customer service. The five stars are just for Ms. Debbie and Ms. Gail for being patient and for trying to take care of me.

In general I was happy with BA. But this particular person should not be serving customers. That’s a short hair, glasses lady. I have a feeling that she has issues with foreigners. I could observe how she treats other customers; hello/ thank you/ please. I only get her miserable face and yes/ no treatment. I’m consider changing a bank cause if that lady. BA improve your customer service or customer will leave just like me.nnPs. I was withdrawing a bigger amount of money , I asked her where I could count it, she said here by her station. This was strange as usually I was offered a room and some privacy. It was uncomfortable as I had to count this cash in front of all the customers in the brunch! Very uncomfortable, and you never know who is watching .
