Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

My appointment was at 2, it is now 2:30 and I still haven't been seen. EVERY time I make a scheduled appointment with the Main St. bank they never fail to see me in a timely manner. There is another client sitting here in the waiting area too. RIDICULOUS . They NEED to bring Jose back. He was a wonderful employee.

This is pathetic. I have a daughter in Europe who needs funds. I cannot do this at an ATM.nBranches in and around Danbury are closed.nWith this lack of service I suspect BOA will soon be a thing of the past, joining others in the tar-pits of antiquity. Serves them right!

I was there last week and there was a line of at least 20 people waiting and one one person working while 2 other workers just talking and ignoring the people , I decided to walk out after 30 minutes waiting because they didn’t seem to care I hate going to this bank every time I go always a nightmare if I could give them 0 stars I would , they should fire all the people working at this branch

Long lines , long waiting, time to change the bank. Poorest service ,

Worst place to bank, unprofessional staff specially black lady who is I think teller supervisor. She has a nasty attitude, I have business account with Bank of America. But soon I will change them for new bank. Very disappointing service
