Family First Health - Lewisberry Center

This is the most friendly, caring, and compassionate doctors office I've ever been to. You are a person with concerns and issues and ailments to them and they do everything they can to help. The doctors and nurses listen to what you have to say and don't simply dismiss you. Everything is explained so you completely understand what the next step is. Scheduling of appointments with outside specialists is done immediately and with your personal schedule in mind. They also look ahead to any care you may need in the future. I highly recommend this office if you don't want to be a number to a corporation.

I recently went through job change and had no health insurance. I had been through Family First once many years back. I never had a bad experience with them. I recently joined back in October. The staff are caring, considerate, professional, and respectful. You can make appointments with ease and are able to change. I will keep coming to Family First for a long time to come.

This place is ridiculous!!! I have had enough! I will find a new doctor for my kids and I...I sent them a physical form that needed filled out for my son. It needed to be filled out for him to try out for basketball. He had his physical already completed 2 months ago...I told the lady I would call back tomorrow to make sure it was faxed. She proceeded to tell me well it won't be. We have 7 to 10 business days to fill it out and there is no doctor here tomorrow (Friday) or on Monday. What kind of Drs. office is this??!! I'm over it!!!!!

I'm pretty sure they have a sign out front that says 'new patients wanted' so I went inside and asked. She said they are not accepting new patients but she can put me on a waiting list and I might be able to get a appointment in 6 months or so. If I had a child they could possibly get a child an appointment in 2-3 months. Looks like I'll just travel a little and go to my old doctor.

Absolutely love this place! The staff are so friendly and love seeing me, they're very understanding and have never been unable to provide me with what I need. Doctor durham is such a sweet and caring woman, as well as the rest of her staff. I definitely reccomend this establishment!
