There are many things that can be said about this place but amazing should definitely be one of the top words. I have been a happy and loyal customer for probably 8-9 years now, and even now, I’m so thankful for Becky and her whole team at Splash, I had my pump malfunction and was worried as to what my choices were. They took the time to spend a few minutes figuring out a way to make my older pump fittings work, even though it’s no longer available. It’s the little things like this that separate them from the competition. Regardless of how big or small your project is, their experience, expertise and knowledge mixed with great customer service will leave u with a great experience as well. It is 11pm on a Sunday night, sitting by my pond, listening to the waterfall, watching the fish and turtles float about, can't help but be thankful for Splash!! They are there to help everyone no matter your need, they cover everything from DIY to full installation service. If you are considering a water feature of any size or shape do yourself a favor and visit Splash for ideas and all your supplies. Absolutely great people here and as huge bonus they always give back to our community by gathering food for the food banks. You simply don't get this kind of service from a big box store or online, they support everything they sell 125 percent! No matter your need they will be there for you and make sure you have what you are after. 10 stars in my book!

This place is awesome! No pressure sales. Very informative. Lots of options for backyard water features and they also sell plants and have some goldfish and koi! Would highly recommend stopping here to get some ideas as well as have them steer you in the right direction. I saw a sign out front stating they are celebrating 30 years in business. She (Becky) did inform me that the turtles were not for sale. I could not help to take some snaps of them.nnThey have areas of indoor and outdoor browsing. Very relaxed environment!
