I've never had a problem with this company Robby was great and it's sad that he retired but there's a new owner that has lots of energy good place to shop.
I'll start by saying Avid products makes a very good driver. Customer service is a different story. I ordered a pair of drivers last winter from their website. I was sent the wrong ones, and when I called to say I had been sent the wrong ones and would like the correct ones I was asked to send back the wrong ones and he would send me the right ones. He was grumpy about it. Even more so when I asked him to refund the shipping for HIS MISTAKE. I sent back the wrong ones and it cost $17. Of course I was never refunded that amount. If I was refunded the shipping I'm still owed I'd do business with him again. Until then, nope.
