Well the Teller (older lady) didn't greet ne nicely. She seemed slightly rude. And didn't really bother to help generally. I don't really care for branch now because of this experience.
Literally the worst branch of an already difficult to deal with bank franchise. I work as manager for a large restaurant chain. And I hate that they are our bank for reasons of the following: why when I have already placed a change order, do I have to give my account number? Furthermore why are no tellers ever in a hurry? Just bad customer service all around.

I would recommend PNC Bank to everyone. I have been with them for about three years now. And I absolutely love them. I was with metro bank for a year before and I worked for them too. I absolutely hated it. Worse bank ever. Then I stumbled into PNC bank cashing one of their checks and I open an account same day. This location treat you right as they generally care about all your banking needs. Never had any issues.
Wonderful and welcoming staff. I love the service at this branch!
