A great bank. Professional staff. Even with them since 2005. One issue:::: I was scammed by a facebook ad. When brought to the attention of the bank,, they said they would investigate. About a month later they responded and believed the scammer, (a complete stranger) whom they've never met and I had been with them for over 15 years. I had a pretty hefty balance so why would I want to lie about a $100.00 scam? Been bugging me for quite some time. Think I'm going to clear my account tomorrow.
I've been a customer of this bank since DEC of 2017 and have loved the service I receive from them. I go into the bank and no matter what the issue I'm having they're willing to try and help out. Another thing I love about them is when I go in they know who I am and I'm not just a set of numbers to them, I'm a person and am treated as such.
