My 2 daughters and I took our 2 dogs to the self serve dog wash. We take them there so we don't have to clean up a mess in our home. After we left. my daughter who works there but was not working today received a text from her manager upset that shenthat she didn't clean the dog wash station. I am appalled that she would be expected to do this since she was not on the clock. The purpose of these self serve dog wash stations is so customers don't have to clean up a mess in their own home. And furthermore all that was left was maybe some water on the floor and a few hairs in the drain.

The people are nice but aren't informed. We bought a type of algae eater here and was told it was friendly with guppies and that it didn't need any extra food. A week later after we brought home the fish, all of the fish got Ich, a type of fresh water parasite. It is treatable, but once treated the fish can get more disease by being wounded. On top of that, we were once again told that the algae eater did not need any additional food. Well, the one we bought actually did need additional food and ours died a week later from starvation. I am newer at being a fish pet owner, so I did not think of doing anymore extra research. If you are planning on buying fish, do as much research as you can about the fish and the store. For other supplies, they are good. They did give us a stronger form of ich-x for free and a refund for the dead fish and a free pH test strip. But I believe that they need to take more care of there fish and need to be more informed about the fish for the customers.

Horrible treatment from Amber, the groomer. We had an 11am appointment and were told my dog wouldn’t be done until 3:00 because she had overbooked herself and scheduled nail trims during my dog’s appointment. (When I booked, the confirmation email said 2 hours, not 4). So my dog is expected to sit in a cage for 4 hours because you don’t know how time works? What’s the point of making an appointment if you just ignore it? When confronted, She was totally unhelpful and just stood there shaking and offered no solutions to fix her mistake. The manager was sympathetic but offered us nothing for our trouble. She had the audacity to ask if we wanted to reschedule and waste more of my time. We won’t be shopping here again.

This store is very nice. I was pleased with their selection
