I bought some shoes off the website and they were too big. Famous footwear will not do exchanges through the mail so I drove over an hour to get to this store so I could exchange properly in person. The guy said he’d have to order them and I told him 6 times I wanted them exchanged for a size smaller. Well weeks later I just get my shoes back in the mail and they’re the same size! Famous footwear has the worst customer service, you can’t get them on the phone and if you email them it takes 12-16 days for them to get back to you. F this terrible place I’ll never shop here again
