Awful experience. The shoes are mismatched. The employees seem not to know much about the store and their policies and how to handle mishaps. Please check for sizes and make sure they match.
At first it was a dislike. The cashier did not want to try to help me. Then she let me know she did not know she could go online to order my shoes and size and have them sent to me. She became more relaxed and did the order.
Always happy with their products & buy ones get one half off.
Im not a big fan of this store. While they have a decent selection it feels chaotic with things kind of just thrown around randomly. When i couldn't find a style i was looking for i asked one of the employees about it. That was a mistake. She was very unfriendly and had a serious attitude about it. She replied in a aggressive stop bothering me tone. Needless to say i did not buy anything from this location.
Love this store has all different kinds of shoe brands and styles to make any picky person happy
