Shoe Dept. Encore

I have been shopping here for years and always get the best service! The young lady that is the store manager is always so helpful, full of energy, and such a people person, the company is truly blessed to have her managing their store. This location has my business for life!! GREAT prices, great selection but even better is the staff that goes out of their way to help you and make you feel wanted there, you don’t see that much anymore including in some of the other Shoe Departments in the area that I’ve been to. Thank you for staying in business and treating your customers the way you do!!

Refused sale due to their computers going down. I was paying cash. They could easily take a picture of which shoes they were and ring up when the computers came back up. Not rocket science.

Well my wife and I went looking for my first pair of tennis shoes in 14 years. Ended up with a sweet kick rear pair of Nikes blacked out with like highlighter yellow accents. I swear they make me run faster and jump higher that's a little Sandlot reference. They sole on these shoes is unlike anything I've ever seen. Although my favorite all time shoe is the Adidas white black 3 stripe hardnose and heel turtle shell shoes too bad I can't find those anywhere. Talk about a walk down memory lane haha

They've got all the shoes I want and in larger sizes. Love it!
