New to the hobby, had a bunch of questions and the staff were extremely helpful! The prices were cheaper than buying from online Facebook groups. The store was nicely done and very clean. Will be back!
Awesome place, very knowledgeable and helped me find just the right fish to add to my existing fish family! Family oriented!!
First time coming to this store and I drove all the way from Seven Hills. When I answered the store no one greeted me two of the people were just sitting at the front desk as I walked over to view the fish there was one associate helping another lady and she was being very informative about the fish. I would say it took about 15 to 20 minutes for the associate to finally asked me if I needed help I end up purchasing a fish they had labeled as a Red Terror which it wasn't and I was interested in buying a jardini for $200 but because of the poor customer service I decided not to patronize the establishment. I have been in the hobby for over 15 years and have well over invested 20,000 in my fish room. I also am a business owner and know how important it is to have great customer service to every customer I truly believe they didn't pay me any attention due to my ethnicity little did they know I could have bought every fish in that store. I would recommend lucky are tropical fish much better customer service and better fish.
Always something good to find. Today was urchin. And I've noticed saltwater prices are going UP but theirs are still pretty reasonable/low
The new building they have moved into is much larger than their last building allowing for greater inventory and selection.
Friendly staff as well with great insight.
