We stopped in today about 5 pm to look for sandals for my wife. We were the only customers in the store with two associates. Neither greeted us and seemed more intent on gossip than customer service. I approached the associatsa for help with sizes to he told whatever was out there was it. No offer to help look or be of any kind of assistance. Shame...

Love this addition to warren! There is a huge selection and they are kid friendly as mentioned before- with a TV and very helpful staff. Our son needed specific supports in his shoes and the manager was a tremendous help! Her knowledge of appropriate shoes for this and just in general was amazing! I felt so informed after our discussion. I’m only giving it 4 stars because they didn’t have any supportive shoes in stock for kids in stock. She did let us know about her previous shoe dept location which did have what we needed. We came away feeling satisfied with our experience and because of her knowledge and willingness to help, we will be back for sure!

AMAZINGLY Large Shoe Store with MANY FANTASTIC LOW PRICES for ABSOLUTELY Any/EVERYONE can afford!! Also has a kids area with a TV for them t stay occupied and Happy, and not to mention the Men's Lounge with a separate TV and chairs for them to hang out at if need be so everyone in the family can be satisfied with FANTASTIC and FRIENDLY SERVICE. Just as ut should be for this small community!
