Famous Footwear

Thank you famous footwear for turning me away from your business even though I have a doctors note to not wear a mask. I have had a recent surgery, I have chronic hiveson my face, I have asthma. I am not bashful to tell you this. I also need to try shoes on to see if I'm gonna buy them. Curbside pickup will not work! I am grateful you turned me away because I went to a local shoe store and found great shoes at a reasonable price and got 1st rate help. I will never shop with you again.

If I would rate a 0 star I would customer service horrible my first and last time coming here is it because we are Hispanic there are ways to ask nicely that the store is requiring a face mask (employee says you need a face mask to be in here) I been working for customers service over 12 + years and I would of said something likenI'm sorry so for the inconvenience but we are requesting face mask I'm so sorry. At the same time they made us feel like if we where asking them to give me the stuff for free. Not nice and not accessible.This was told to my brother inlaw that was with us. Never to come back and definitely would not recommend no to come buy.

Told me I have to wear a mask, no exceptions. I said 'that's fine I'll go somewhere else'. I went to the Shoe Dept. in the mall, so much nicer people, better selection and half the price

I baught some boots from this place paid 150$ and they didn't even last a month before the shoe fell apart. Then when I decided to give this place another try (granted during covid 19) they refused to allow me into the store without a mask and wouldn't provide one either. I get were a mask but rudely tell me to leave and refuse service because I don't were a medical device prescribed by a non medical personnel is highly against my constitutional rights and I'm highly offended by the non hospitality this place offered. If you (store) would have provided a mask then I would have worn it (even though I have a medical condition and shouldn't) but to be rude and disrespectful is not a way to attract customers.

Came into the store the employee named Marla (i believe) approached me and asked me to put on a mask. I politely told her that i have a medical condition and can not wear a mask. I offered to show her my drs letter, she declined saying she does not care and i can not shop inside without a mask. I asked for a manager, she claimed that she is the manager. I offered to cover my mouth with shirt, she told me that my nose needs to be covered as well, while other customers were walking around with mouth covered only. She refused to provide me service. Famous footwear needs to provide additional training to their employees especially managers regarding people with medical conditions. Otherwise they will be getting sued soon. Went to diffrent store in the same plaza, workers there were more educated about people with medical conditions.
