I went there for medium size mice for my Ball Python. They have frozen and live mice, it so happens there was no frozen mice for my snake. But they were able to give fresh (live) and kill them on the spot so that I could freeze them when I got home. Prices are great and all the people there were very friendly. This will be my new store!

staff are well informed on the animals they keep and which such a compact space they leave it as clean as possible.nnthey are helpful and listen to concerns. it is kind they have their store open during covid and following safety regulations, so i can feed my animals and keep on top of them. their feeder insects always come alive and well and their insect prices are incredibly reasonable compared to purchasing online. if you live in the area and need a store specializing in more exotic pets like snakes, lizards, amphibians, rodents and bird they are wonderful and resourceful.nni personally just really like the bugs, and they definitely know how to set one up with breeding their own.

Great place for our pet's supplies but I've been there 2x since March, and both times staff was not wearing masks.nnMy father has a lung disease and this has made me very uncomfortable. I think from now on I'm going to see if I can call in my order and do a curbside pickup.nnI understand that it may be difficult to wear a mask in a small shop with lots of -well cared for- animals, but if you have a high risk family member you may want to reconsider entering the store.

Store was a little crowded. I did get what i needed though..the chinchilla and sugar gliders were cute. Felt like the staff was friendly when i walked in but didn't care much about what I had to say when I started talking. Each time i go in i feel that way so i don't really say much anymore.
