My family and I started a small business and needed to set up a business account. We were so happy we chose this place! They are extremely friendly and understanding. We had to bring the kids with us but it didn’t bother Jennie (the assistant manager ) one bit! Jennie Madrigal was extremely helpful and got us taken care of even though we came unprepared. I have experienced several problems with my checking account in less than a month of having it. They resolved 2 of them, but I am still out $40 due to ridiculous charges and fees. 3 stars for amazing customer service always though.

Very nice place to bank. Easy to work with when getting accounts setup. It's also a local company so you never have to sit of hold and a live person answers the phone every time you call.

I've been a member of ICCU for a good time even before they came to Twin Falls. I've banked at both branches and Blue Lakes by far has the friendliest most amazing staff there is. I would like to shine the spotlight on Pam here, my wife and I have had the pleasure of doing business with her. She is very well educated and will answer any questions you may have no matter how stupid you think they may be. She is fast and prompt when it comes to getting the job done. Very satisfied life customer!
