Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Chris has helped me a couple times with loans. He has done a fantastic job.
I have been to this Branch twice. Each time they have helped me greatly. The staff are very friendly and are willing to help. I have worked with two other Banks and this bank by far is the best.
Were able to help us in a timely and kind fashion, I don’t often go to the bank because it is on Blue Lakes but that isn’t their fault. Both inside and the drive up window have been good
Drive through windows sucks! They have 1 person working their. Their was at the most 6 vehicles in line the one in front of me was there long before the others and the last one to leave! He should have been the first one done. Inside the lobby area was also packed. They need to have a FULL staff on during the lunch rush from 11-2. I came at 1. At least have someone come and help out Francisco at the window. 6 cars deep for 1 person is ridiculous! What usually takes 10 minutes to do a bank run turned into almost 30. So much for having a lunch break today.
