Customer service isn't great. Just the demeanor of the kid is lazy, slow and annoying. Would not recommend, it was just the most convenient FedEx drop site around.
The young man was very very nice to me and took care of the $5 transaction, like it was $100!
Mailing and more is where I do mail service as well as parcel. Having a mailbox here is helpful as well!!

I THOUGHT this business was more efficient than another nearby shipping business. IT WAS NOT!! Sent pig was TOLD & RECEIPT STATED WOULD ARRIVE WED! THURS AM NOT RECEIVED!!! When I called to inquire was told IM SORRY NOTHING WE CAN DO ITS ALREADY LEFT OUR LOCATION. Really?? Employee had THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NOT RECOMMEND/USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN!!!!
