I love coming to this smiths... very friendly, usually quick in and out, and great service; I would give this store a 5 star review except they refuse to purchase more shopping carts to accommodate their customers. They also don't have cart attendants out collecting the carts from the parking lot. Just someone at the door making sure everyone has a mask and apologizing for having no carts available. I will gladly change my review to 5 stars if this issue could be fixed.
Line went smooth
Tons of employees in here working this morning, not one single check stand open. If you're going to make me do your checker's job I expect a discount. I paid full price while you guys decided against paying the most basic of employees at the store during open hours. That is a very unappreciated way of doing business.
This is my go to smiths and usually have great customer services and I have never had any issues until today I know it’s hard to hear people while wearing masks because I did say excuse me to grab and go but if a worker sees a customer trying to get in to grab an item they are currently stocking they usually move the cart and themselves out the way to help the customer instead this employee just looked at me and continued stocking while I had to squeeze myself between the shelf and his cart. He didn’t even greet me like other workers have in the past. This made it harder for me since im 9 months pregnant. I couldn’t see his name tag but he was in the meat section. very rude guy.
How about Tony in produce. He save our Thanksgiving dinner. Love that dude.
