The UPS Store

Dominique is rude and unprofessional. I called the store today to ask a store associate to return a package to the sender. Dominique placed me on hold for 5 minutes without checking in with me, so I hung up and called back. When she answered the line the second time she shouted at me telling me there was a line in the store and I needed to hold. I asked Dominique if anyone else was available to assist me and explained that I had been on hold for 5 minutes. Dominique replied, “No, no one else can assist you! There are only two of us here and we have customers! You can come into the store instead!” At this point, I realized that I was not going to get anywhere with Dominique and her abrasive tone so I asked to speak with her supervisor. Dominique explained that her supervisor was not available, so I asked for her supervisor’s contact information. Dominique explained that she could not provide me her supervisor’s personal contact information (which is not what I asked for - she could have provided me with a company email or direct office line. Her response was not business-oriented, which further underlines her lack of professionalism). Dominique proceeded to place me on hold again while I was in mid-sentence and failed to provide me her supervisor’s contact information. For the third time, I hung up and called back. However, this time the line was busy. Dominique returned my call shortly thereafter. I tried to provide Dominique feedback on her rude tone, but she interrupted me stating that customers in the store told her she handled the situation well. Of course they are going to say that. She rudely placed me on hold to assist them, so her behavior was in their favor. I’m flabbergasted at Dominique’s inability to honestly evaluate her actions. I will not use this location due to the lack of professionalism and courtesy I encountered today.

Stopped by to fax a few papers this morning. Odyssey was the only employee up front and she was doing an amazing job. Very professional, polite, helpful, and efficient.

The manager there is great. I do have an issue with the other employee there. We have to cover our nose and mouths with a mask but this is how she works. As she talks her mask moves and you see her mouth. UPS Store please enforce the state rules.

The girl that was working today was rude and not customer friendly at all. This location is close to my house but I may just take the extra drive to postnet next time.
