This bank has been great in terms of regular banking; depositing checks, direct deposits, withdrawals, etc.nnThe thing that they are horrible with is customer service in the loan department.nnThey take their sweet time and do not call you back regarding loan approval or denial. I have to go out of my way to get an uncertain answer from them. When your seeking financing for something, time is an important factor. I understand there are underwriting processes and procedures that take time but this bank in particular has no care to communicate to you.nnThis has happened twice to me, and has happened to close friends and family at this specific branch.nnCustomer service and customer communication is everything with a business.
