Everyone I interacted with at this location was so amazing! They truly care about me and I could feel it. I called and left a message at the front desk to see if they could help me with my issue and everyone from front desk on was very professional and caring. THANK YOU ALL!

Absolutely amazing. I got a breast infection (mastitis) and was visiting from out of town, they took such incredible care of me and you could tell they truly cared about their patients. From the front desk receptionists to the supervisor nurse to the physicians assistant, everyone was genuinely concerned about my well-being I couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience!

I absolutely love Dr. Gilette but I have to say Stephen Pierce is literally the WORST PA I have ever seen. He treats his patients like he could care less about them. I will still continue to use this office but in the future I will definitely be calling first to make sure Stephen isn't working before we come in

I went to the Fall River Urgent Care because I’d been bleeding for 48 hours (like a light period), after having had a total hysterectomy/ oophorectomy (removal of the ovaries) a year and a half ago, and I also had nausea and chills. So when I first went in with bleeding from an unknown source, Dr Pierce reluctantly did a pelvic exam, but neglected to ask for a urine sample! He just said he was “baffled” and sent me back to my own doctor. Thus, I had a probable UTI that went untreated for an extra 20 days! In the meantime, I had had a colonoscopy by Dr Todd Williams at Teton Gastroenterology in Idaho Falls (10-27) that ruled out a rectal origin of the blood. I had also gone to my own internal med doctor on a Friday and tried to leave a urine sample at my own insistence, but I had been unable to leave one, and then I had to wait until I was bleeding again so I could prove it (the bleeding was intermittent). The next day (10-31), I went back to the Urgent Care Center and got the same doctor, but this time I was armed with a urine specimen. It was positive, so he ordered doxycycline, which seemed a good choice because it would likely treat a UTI as well as chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis, but he didn’t do a culture on the urine!! This used to be the standard of care for UTI’s, even ones that weren’t confirmed by a urinalysis. Thus I’d had to suffer unnecessarily, and put my kidneys at risk for another 20 days, for a total of at least 40 days, before I had the chance to get an effective antibiotic. 40 days is plenty of time for a bacteria to invade the kidneys and cause major damage.

Worst urgent care ever!!!!!!! People can die waiting and they are uncaring and unhelpful! If you actually need care you need to go to an emergency room. All 3 times I have gone here I have waited over an hour usually with a child with a fever over 102. They think because they are the only office in Rexburg open weekends that they can treat people like garbage! Dont dignify this place with your money.
