The Pet Shop

I purchased my Pomeranian on 11/11/20, I noticed that she had a slight cough throughout the process of getting her. So the next day I took her to the vet for her check up and found out that she has kettle cough and it’s now on antibiotics for two weeks (which were covered by the Pet Shop for the first visit.) I do have to take her back in two weeks to make sure everything else is ok. I give 3 stars because I’m happy I found her, she’s so sweet! but it’s a little upsetting that nothing was done while she was at the Pet Shop. In her paper work the veterinarian states everything was fine with her when she was checked. I paid a lot for her, at this point it’s not about the money. I’m hoping it’s just kettle cough and not something more serious... that would be devastating. I’m extremely attached to her, I’ve already spent 2 sleepless nights trying to comfort her and make sure that she is hydrated. So just be careful if you do decide to get your new fur baby, make sure you get them checked. Don’t ignore the symptoms!nnAnyways, the ladies that worked at the shop were helpful and made the process fairly quickly.nnThank you!nn***Update: Chanel seems to be doing way better, antibiotics are taking effect. She is adjusting to her forever home just fine ❤ufe0fnnI would like to thank The Pet Shop owner for the quick response and for agreeing to cover her follow up exam as well.

I give this place one star because for the last three weeks on wed or Thur I come by after 11 and the place is still not open. My daughter would like to see the animals. What time do u actually open ?

WAYY too over priced and most of not all.. of the good comments are literally it’s own workers posing to be clients.

I love this store. Great place to be. Favorite store in the mall. Keep up the good work.

They have all my animal needs.
