This is the slowest bank I have ever been to. They have two people working in the bank on a Friday afternoon. They won’t let you enter the lobby and you have to go through the drive-through. Somebody needs to step in and do a better job in management.

I can't speak highly enough of this branch. I've had to deal with all sorts of different issues with lost cards and weird international transfers, and complicated processes while I was abroad, and I've always elected to call the branch instead of working with the general customer service because working with the employees here has been an absolute dream. They're quick and efficient and always willing to go the extra mile to help.

I don't know why, but if you walk in to be helped.. it takes forever. I understand they are busy with other things at work, but when nobody is in line they make you wait in the lobby for 20+ minutes. At my other bank, I can walk in and leave in 5 minutes or left for similar transactions.
