Allegra Marketing Print Mail

An absolute embarrassment. I asked Allegra for a quote on a print job I needed done. I spoke to Kevin on the phone while sending in my quote request over email. He confirmed that he received the email and that the job was entirely doable. I waited over a week and I never received a quote. I called multiple times to check on the status of my order. They had no information. I then received an email more than two weeks after my initial quote request. The email said that they are thinking about getting started on my order. I confirmed with them over email and I waited another week and received no word. Over 3 weeks without even receiving a quote for an order, I had to switch to an online resource. Very sad that small businesses are suffering right now, but with this much inadequacy I can see why. An entirely pathetic moment for Allegra. Kevin was my main contact for this project and he seemed entirely uncaring when I cancelled the order. I will never bother trying to order from Allegra again and I will tell people to avoid Allegra from now on.

Allegra has the best service and quality in town. And they offer this combination at a reasonable price. Great, right? Bring your print job in; no matter if it's simple or complex, they'll figure it out for you. And to top it all off, the staff is genuinely nice too! Try them out, you won't be disappointed.

I gave Allegra a very last minute request to print about 1,000 newsletters for the non-profit I work for, and they were very helpful and cordial, especially considering how busy they were. Margo helped me out, and she was very nice and easy to work with. She helped me solve some tech issues free of charge which helped me get the newsletter out that much faster. They also print and copy beautifully, which is no easy task, considering the fickle nature of printers and copiers. I would recommend it!nn- Amy
