They always have bright eyed, healthy, and active rodents to choose from. I have personally purchased a few hamsters (of different breeds) from them, and each was very friendly, sweet and well behaved. The staff has spend numerous hours with me over the course of my patronage finding the perfect animal. They have great quality fish and other aquatic animals that are good prices and amazing quality. The staff is always incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and will help you get exactly what you need. They are willing to order things in for you if they don't have them in stock, and keep a wide selection of products. They also keep store cats, which are very sweet.
Don't shop here. They are very rude. Bad customer service. They changed the number of bags before getting one free. While I was on my free bag. It was less than a month between. They also acted like we were insane to think it was the 11th bag free. They didn't explain the change. They were so rude about it. I wanted to support local shops but quess I'll get my dog food else where. The old guy is the worst too, so rude. Not the first time to receive bad customer service.nnUpdate: they still are rude and have bad customer service
