Great Place and wonderful value. A young lady checked us in and she was awesome and an asset to this location. We stayed at 7 different places during our most recent trip. This was by far the cleanest hotel room we stayed in (Wyndham Grand Desert Resort, Marriott Courtyard, etc...) and when my wife re-wiped the room there wasn't any residual dirt anywhere to be found. Mexican restaurant (also serves American dishes) was a good value and very good. Overall, very happy with our stay and will absolutely stay again

I gotta say this: they do everything right and yes, they will take care of you. Staff was super professional, room was quiet and exceptionally clean. After a long trip, they welcomed me with warm smile and clean room, nothing more I can ask for. The food was very good as well. I'm pretty sensitive to any kind of noise but the room was super quiet. Highly recommend for anyone to stay.

Absolutely loved that our pets were so welcomed! The halls had fabulous pictures hanging everywhere!! The room itself was decorated absolutely charming and set up perfectly for a pet owner! Very nice special touches added in the room! Went to the lounge with the drink tickets given to us at check in, and had great appetizers and a couple of great drinks. Wish this place was not just in Ely, NV but other locations just like it all over! Would most definitely recommend to anyone!!

This was a surprisingly good little hotel/casino! Not sure about reviews complaining about it being smokey and loud. It was neither. Staff was always friendly. They have an impressive kitchen too! I was very happy to discover that the food was delicious! The Mexican plate I had was on point! And simple things like cooking a steak right go a long way. Not sure when or if I'll be in Ely again but I wouldn't hesitate to stay here if I was.

I really wanted to love this place. There were some strong points. The restaurant is good. The staff was always very friendly. Cleaning staff was constantly cleaning and mopping public areas, which was great. On the hotel side, the hot water was hot and plentiful. Water pressure was strong. Unfortunately the carpet is very old and perhaps may have been the source of an unpleasant smell. It’s something that makes me feel like the place isn’t clean, although it appeared clean. The other major downside is that the walls and doors are extremely thin. You can clearly hear neighbors’ conversations as if you were nearly in the same room. Running water, toilets flushing, talking in the hall. It’s all very loud and makes it difficult to enjoy. I would say this place works in a pinch. But unfortunately I wouldn’t extend my stay here and would likely skip it next time.
