I know the owner, Hugh, from a local business owner's mastermind group. He is dedicated to his craft and has a big heart to serve his clients. Personally, Hugh's business fascinates me. He runs a retail custom shoe store that operates by appointment. If you've ever been to a shoe store and have to wait for help or get pestered by the salesman just wanting the sale, that does not happen here. You get a free gait & foot analysis, followed by personal attention to find the right shoe for you. It's like shoe stores used to be! Way to go, Hugh! Side note: I run a cleaning company and also know that this store is taking the right steps to protect their customers from COVID.
