I’d love to leave a better review. Over the phone customer service was competent, friendly, and helpful- but this branch is consistently grossly understaffed. A 20 minute wait every time I come... hire another teller?nnEdit: I wrote this review while in line, then was turned away even though I had an appointment, because the person who I had made the appointment with was fiddling around with the ATM in the back. I get that things come up, but I wish my time hadn’t been wasted.
Since closing their other location in Moscow, this bank has become terribly understaffed and slow. Phone calls are hardly ever answered and you are not often able to get a banker without scheduling an appointment. The wait can also be very long. They have gone from great to underwhelming in customer support at this location. They are friendly, just need more people to help with customer service.
Long wait. Lobby is closed so why do they only have 1 of the 2 drive thru lanes open. Not the first time this has happened. Waiting over 20 mi utes snd still waiting.
Very unresponsive to phone calls and there is a lack of follow-up with this branch. Thinking about taking my business elsewhere.
U.S. Bank - five starsnThe staff here are really kind and professional. They are quick, to the point, and they are good at answering questions. This guys are really great for small businesses who want their money well taken care of. Their professional services are not terrible like most other places. The manager is really nice and will take care of any business, person, or otherwise that needs any kind of assistance.
