My husband and I have lived overseas the last 10 of 12 years. We have appreciated the personal service of the employees and mostly use the online banking services. Thank you Moscow branch employees; you make a difference and are the best!
Father sent a check from Banner Bank online service to BBVA (7th largest bank), you think they would do it electronically right? Nope, they mailed it, okay whatever. It was mailed on the 10th and tracked till the 12th and nothing. Went to the branch and even called, even though banner bank lost their check its up to the customer to pay a stop payment fee. So if you want to donate money to there negligent/irresponsible behavior go for it, otherwise just go to chase bank and save yourself some headache.
The service is outstanding- especially if you just want a personal savings account.

Access to my account, via online banking, has become extremely stressful since the local switch from American West Bank to Banner. I have used the same username and password throughout my association with Banner Bank. Yet, accessing my account online is a major challenge. I am away from home frequently and rely on online banking.
