Store is extremely clean but they obviously need help with organization in back. U shouldn't have 2 wait no more than 3 minutes for a shoe especially if shoe is popular. The more popular the shoe it should be extremely and easily accessible 4 quicker service. Young kids need to learn customer service skills. Brought up wrong size shoe after waiting 4ever to get them in 1st place. Need better training. A clean store never outshines excellent customer service. NEVER. I'll stick with Modell's and the like.
