The UPS Store

Had FedEx drop off a package at this store since it is next door to my residence. The man at the counter along with a female were quick to inform they have to charge for that as the man tossed my package on the counter!nThey did say they will allow this 1 time.nBeen doing business here over a year now toss my package and to be rudely told I would be charged was uncalled for. Taking my business elsewhere.nUPS sucks at 2900 N Government Way, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814.

The BEST customer service I've received at a UPS store, or basically anywhere in recent years. Friendly, nice, and most importantly so helpful. Thanks to all 3 of the employees working at Noon on November 12, 2020.

We have experience with 3 different UPS stores as box renters. This one is by far the best. They are the most competent staff we have dealt with and always friendly and helpful to those that need it. We travel frequently and we are happy that they hold our mail and packages until we return. You don't even need to let them know, it is an automatic service. If you don't have a box for an item you wish to ship they have plenty of sizes to choose from and will even help you pack it.

The old lady that works there named Terri, is completely clueless. Cannot answer a phone, very incompetent. Had to drive all the way there because i was on hold for so long. Horrible customer service
