Pool World

Returning for our second new Hot Spring purchase. Our first one went for 14 years without any failures. Just general maintenance which pool world performed wonderfully at. Sold it with our home.nJust ordered a new Grandee. Hopefully this goes as good as the last experience. Samuel was also great at the CDA store.nnUpdate: Hot Springs Salt system is the worst ever. Controls have been replaced under warranty and our weekly maintenance guy says this spa is a POS. Continued salt issues.

Reese took great care of my wife and I today. He was knowledgeable and friendly even though we came in only 20 min before they closed. He took his time, sold us only what we actually needed, and even called over to the other pool world to find us parts we needed. Absolutely amazing service.

Pool World offers exceptional service. We ordered a Traeger Timberline 1300, their premier smoker. They had great promotions to go along with our purchase. The manager made sure we had one of the most wonderful experiences in the family owned store. He helped us pick just the right accessories.

Pool World is such a great company. Clayton Cooper walked us step by step through the process. That’s one great guy! We’re so excited to have a beer/wine in our new hot tub! Thank you Pool World and especially Clayton!
